b.      Monthly Standard Journal Voucher for End-of-Month closing.

-       Summary Profit & Loss,

-       Profit & Loss for each department   (all with standard percentages for use in analysis)

·        Payables connected with Balance Sheet

·        Monthly ageing report for receivables and payables

نظرة شمولية يشمل النظام على الخدمات التي يحتاجها الفندق من مكتب الاستقبال ومكتب والمحاسبة وخدمة الغرف والمطاعم ... وقد تم البدء بتطوير النظام عام 2003 و قد تم وضعه موضع الاستثمار عام 2004 وقد تم تصميم النظام ليناسب مع الخدمات الفندقية, و النظام مبني على أساس من الموديلات المستقلة ولكن المتكاملة التي تعمل سوية  , ويشمل العديد من الخدمات (Reservation, Arrival's, In house guest, Departure, Accommodation Report, Food & Beverage Report, House Keeping) , و حاليا أصبح من الممكن ربطه ببرنامج محاسبي وترحيل القيود له بشكل آلي بالكامل مع تقارير محاسبية خاصة

النظام شبكي  يعتمد على مبدأ (Client – Server)

أنظمة التشغيل  نظام المخدم:  Windows Server 2003 أو أحدث   -  نظام محطات العمل: Win XP

مخدم قاعدة البيانات InterBase/Firebird-SQL من المصادر المفتوحة (Open Source)  دون رخصة

قابل للتعديل (Customizable) بما يلائم عمل شريحة كبيرة من الفنادق وذلك لوجود نظام إعدادات مرن يساعد على تركيب النظام وفق المتطلبات الخاصة بكل فندق

تسليم النظام وفق مبدأ مفتاح باليد بكامل تجهيزاته و  يشمل التدريب والتأهيل ومسك اليد (دعم فني) لمدة شهر حتى المباشرة الفعلية بالاستخدام

كفالة إرجاع دون سؤال أو إحراج خلال شهر إذا لم يحقق النظام ما هو المطلوب منه.

عقد متابعة (After Sale Service) ودعم فني وضمان التشغيل بعد انتهاء مدة الكفالة الأولية عن طريق الزيارات عند الطلب او عن طريق التحكم عن بعد عن طريق الانترنت.
